Shipping & Delivery Information on Usagikun

All products ordered from the site are shipped from Japan via Japanese Post. Delivery times vary between 1 and 4 days depending on the availability of the products.
Some of our products are not stored in our warehouses like for example the power supplies that are in our manufacturers to guarantee you a quality and a DLC as long as possible. The most popular products are stored on our premises.

Shipping Methods

- EMS

The method of rapid sending by air of the Japanese post, it is relayed by Chronopost once the parcel arrived on French territory. The package and insured and followed.
Delivery time between 3 and 6 days after shipment.

- Economy Airmail (SAL) - Small Packet

The slow mode by air of the Japanese post and also the most economical for a sending by airplane. Packages smaller than 2kg benefit from a reduced rate. Orders over 2kg are divided into several parcels less than 2kg to benefit from this reduced rate.

We offer several solutions for this type of shipment:

- Unsupported and uninsured shipment

- Shipping with tracking and without insurance
- Shipping with tracking and insurance

Shipping fees are different depending on your choice.

Delivery times from 1 week to 3 week, it is possible that the time is longer during the holidays and / or a longer customs passage.

Insurance Usagikun

Usagikun insurance covers delivery problems not supported by the Japan Post for the economical SAL delivery mode only. The sending in EMS includes insurance of the post.

For all orders not arriving at our destination or returned to us in whole or in part, we will return it to you at our expense, replacing the damaged products and checking the expiry dates. A parcel returned to Japan can take up to 2 months.

The insurance does not apply if the customer voluntarily refuses a package without it being damaged.
A package and considered "lost" if it did not arrive at destination after 3 months. After this time, contact us and we will propose to return the order at our expense or to refund you in the form of credit (for example if the products order are no longer available).

The insurance covers orders whose shipping costs are equivalent to or less than 5,000 yen.

Shipping & Handling

Handling fees are free. The transport costs are calculated on those of the Japanese Post.

Please note that customs fees may be charged in addition to shipping charges. These costs are paid by the buyer when the order is received. Since customs rules are different for each country, please check with the customs office before ordering.

Delivery delays

Once the order is shipped, we can no longer intervene on the delivery. This is the responsibility of the Post Office.

The delivery time may be longer for several reasons.

- The post office is delayed due to public holidays or holidays.
- the package is temporarily blocked at customs.
- the notice of transit has not been delivered and the parcel is at the post office.

In the event that you notice a delay, please verify that the delivery address entered is correct. Then call the post office in your country to report the delay and find out where the package is. In some countries, customs clearance is longer than other countries.
